Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney $210k$260k Seattle WA (Hybrid)

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 46 years of experience to join its growing Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Seattle. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to handle sophisticated litigation matters and advance their career in a collaborative high-caliber national practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters in local state and federal courts including trial and appellate levels.
Handle cases across a range of areas including commercial disputes construction litigation financial services litigation and product liability matters.
Draft and argue motions prepare pleadings conduct discovery and participate in hearings and trials.
Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk management in alignment with their business objectives.
Work collaboratively with partners associates and clients to deliver practical and strategic solutions.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active admission to the Washington bar (or eligibility to waive in).
46 years of litigation experience preferably involving commercial construction financial services or product liability matters.
Excellent writing skills meticulous attention to detail and strong academic credentials.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
