Consultant Conversion Lead QA Eng, Dir, P4

Position Overview:

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for overseeing deliverables across squads. Additional responsibilities include project-team testing requirements support and direction with business systems analysis automated test development and maintenance in both a legacy and an object/service-oriented architecture implemented on the Java platform. This role requires strong software engineering manual and automation test skills and good problem-solving skills.

What You do in the role:

Analyzes complex functional requirements performs research on current processes designs test strategy and documents

Interacts with the business to develop test plans and test scripts

Plans required test data fixtures and prioritizes test scripts to ensure the most critical components of the applications are being tested

Leads the development of a comprehensive test strategy and works in partnership with a cross-functional team to define and complete testing deliverables

Presents identified project defects risk analysis and potential improvements to project team participants for review

Reviews and validates system data and product quality to ensure system integrity and data fixtures

Assists in the creation and maintenance of the UI and API automated testing scripts and conducts automated testing on the most critical client-facing applications as needed

Reviews tests with others to ensure that the tests conform to industry standards and the companys existing systems architecture design techniques and development standards

Develops reviews refines uses and documents plans for both automated and manual functional integration and regression tests and assures that tests are successfully completed prior to production

Track test metrics such as test coverage defect densities and open defect counts to gain and share insights about quality issues

What You bring to the role:

At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance & Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Automation skills in Selenium / Java / Python to enhance current automation suite
