Lead Data UI Developer

You will join a dynamic and innovative team responsible for building user-centric digital platforms and applications that deliver insights from complex financial data. Our team works at the intersection of technology design and business ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of usability performance and scalability.

• Serve as theUI Architect driving the design and implementation of front-end solutions usingand other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with UX designers to translateFigma layoutsinto high-quality production-ready applications.
• Define and enforce UI/UX design principles coding standards and best practices for responsive accessible and scalable applications.
• Partner closely with stakeholders across Program management Engineering and Data Operations teams to gather requirements manage expectations and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Architect and oversee the end-to-end UI design and development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Optimize applications for performance security and maintainability.
• Mentor developers and foster a culture of innovation technical excellence and design-thinking within the team.
• Apply domain expertise to effectively model visualize and interact withfinancial datawithin applications.

• Proven hands-on expertise inand proficiency with other JavaScript-based frameworks (e.g. Angular ).
• Strong experience withFigma(or similar design tools) with the ability to translate UI/UX designs into functional pixel-perfect applications.
• Deep understanding of front-end architecture component-based design and state management libraries (e.g. Redux Zustand or MobX).
• Track record ofstakeholder managementwith excellent communication collaboration and presentation skills.
• Solid knowledge offinancial data systemsand prior experience in building UI solutions in the financial services domain.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to balance technical rigor with business needs.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Design or a related field with 10 years of experience
