What youll do
- Expand business in Chinas e-commerce market to support the implementation of the companys annual strategic goals.
- Execute business development plans by acquiring new clients and achieving regional sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with ecosystem partners market stakeholders and customers in the assigned region.
- Build potential collaborations with service providers industry associations media and alliance organizations in the cross-border e-commerce sector.
- Support and participate in marketing activities organized by the Marketing and Business Development teams including presentations; also engage in relevant industry events.
- Provide regular reports to the Regional Business Director.
Who you are
- Bachelors degree or above.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales business development or marketing; candidates with exceptional capabilities may be considered with less experience.
- Proven track record of performance; candidates with extensive experience in cross-border e-commerce and industry resources (e.g. ERP systems Alibaba International cross-border logistics cross-border apps etc.) are preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English are preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong self-discipline proactiveness and innovative thinking; willingness to travel.
