Tasks

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their questions and concerns.
  • Document all customer interactions and issues in the companys CRM system for future reference and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve overall service delivery.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to management on improving customer service processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
