Tasks

Teach dynamic and inclusive group classes (Reformer Mat or Barre)

Create a welcoming motivating and safe environment for all levels

Deliver thoughtfully sequenced classes that reflect our Elevate philosophy: mindful modern and movement-focused

Support members in reaching their wellness goals through personalized feedback and connection

Collaborate with a supportive team that values creativity community and growth

Requirements

Certified in Reformer Pilates Mat Pilates or Barre (multiple modalities are a plus!)

At least 1 year of teaching experience preferred (newly certified instructors also welcome if motivated)

Excellent communication and cueing skills in English

A genuine passion for empowering others through movement

Reliability positive energy and a collaborative spirit
