Associate Lawyer (Litigation & Family)
Location: Coquitlam
Salary: $110000-$137000

Position Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking a full-time Associate Lawyer specializing in Litigation and Family Law. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and be ready to join a collaborative supportive and dynamic team in an in-office role.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft legal documents conduct research and prepare briefs and pleadings
Advise clients on legal matters
Coordinate and file discovery documents
Represent clients in court negotiations and alternative dispute resolution
Communicate with senior associates and partners to ensure efficient case management
Respond promptly to client needs and maintain clear verbal and written communication

Candidate Profile:

Member of the Law Society of BC or eligible for membership without articles (or equivalent in a similar jurisdiction)
Demonstrated advocacy and negotiation skills
Strong practice management abilities
Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $110000 to $137000 (commensurate with experience)
