Personal Banker – Mass Affluent Portfolio

Key Accountabilities

• Build and grow customer relationships by proactively identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Manage a book of business focused on asset retention growth and customer satisfaction.
• Open new accounts process transactions and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with mortgage investment business banking and other teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Grow deposits loans and fee income through proactive outreach and referrals.
• Provide exceptional service during every client interaction ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Support branch operations including service requests transaction processing and operational integrity.

Education & Experience

Required:

• High school diploma.
• 2 years in a sales and goals-based environment.
• 1 year of experience in a branch banker or similar role.
• Banker certification within 6 months of hire.

Preferred:

• 3 years of experience in sales with a strong customer service focus.
• Financial services or banking experience working with mass affluent clients.
