Your new role

The Organisational Development Systems & Insights Coordinator contributes to the delivery of SHMs OD function by designing and delivering digital tools systems and data-informed solutions to enable learning culture capability and performance. This role builds internal capacity by optimising existing platforms implementing new lightweight tools and generating insights to support strategic decision-making and continual improvement.

Your day-to-day

  • Creating dashboards and reporting tools to extract actionable insights from existing data.
  • Scoping potential solutions and establish and maintain approved lightweight survey and feedback tools to support organisational insights (e.g. pulse check ins culture diagnostics)
  • Creating digital learning content using authoring tools or AI-enhanced platforms.
  • Continuously reviewing and improving digital learning offerings based on feedback and data.
  • Contributing insights and options for future tech decisions including LMS replacement and integration of OD tools into HRIS systems
  • Coordinating day-to-day communication with digital learning and data platform vendors ensuring timely support troubleshooting and platform updates.

Were looking for someone with

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma or above) in Education and Training Human Resource Management or related field or an equivalent combination of experience knowledge and demonstrated capability in workforce development experiential learning and/or digital learning.
  • Demonstrated experience optimising and troubleshooting digital systems including Learning Management Systems
  • Demonstrated creativity and curiosity in applying digital tools to instructional design learning or culture
  • Proven ability to convert L&D and/or OD frameworks and ideas (or similar) into scalable tech enabled tools and learning experiences.
