Were seeking a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to our COO CREO and other members of our Senior Leadership Team. About the Opportunity
As an Executive Assistant at Vail Health youll be the go-to person who keeps operations running smoothly for our COO and senior executives. Youll manage complex calendars organize leadership meetings track project budgets and ensure initiatives stay on schedule. Beyond administrative excellence youll play a critical role in driving strategic projects and communications that align with our mission to elevate health for everyone we serve.
What Youll Do
- Provide confidential high-level administrative support to the COO CREO and other members of the senior leadership team.
- Create and manage meeting agendas notes and action items ensuring follow-through and accountability.
- Track project budgets process purchase orders and invoices and prepare monthly financial updates.
- Maintain daily monthly and annual calendars to optimize executive time and productivity.
- Develop professional presentations and communications using various tools and media.
- Partner with the Project Management Office (PMO) to apply project management principles and support organizational initiatives.
- Manage small projects independently from start to finish ensuring objectives timelines and outcomes are met.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Work closely with other executive assistants to coordinate organization-wide projects and initiatives.
- Prepare correspondence reports memorandums and other materials as requested.

What Youll Need
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant required.
- 3 years of prior administrative experience supporting executive-level leaders preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
Education:
- Associate degree preferred.
