THE OPPORTUNITY:

Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with work. The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning personal and professional networking opportunities and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business.

The Sephora internship program is also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP the cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job training in each of three Business Units-Supply Chain Marketing and Merchandising over the course of nine months. LEAP prepares successfully performing trainees for a full-time entry-level role in one of the three Business Units. Interns are invited to apply to LEAP at the beginning of the summer internship.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

An inclusive and engaging experience that develops technical and professional skills through weekly virtual workshops networking opportunities and career panels that provide exposure to Sephoras career growth opportunities.

Working hours: 36hrs/week. Monday Friday PST

June: On-Site Week in San Francisco at headquarters office

June 29 July 3 2026: Week off for Summer Shutdown

As a Finance BP&A Intern you will:

• Support Sephora North America Real Estate and IT Finance through monthly analytical exercises
• Dive into current processes and analysis tools to look for ways to improve and streamline processes
• Provide ad hoc support and analysis on Real Estate/IT/CapEx finance deliverables
• Present learnings to Finance leadership on an on-going basis and prior to the end of the internship.
• Partner with Finance (including Accounting and other BP&A members) and Departmental business partners to effectively manage all finance activities.
• Utilize Financial Systems (Anaplan SAP Finario & others) and Excel to improve financial reports and models. Help narrate the story behind the numbers.
• Network with industry leaders and peers. Our Sephora executives are committed to investing in our interns and want to hear from you. Interns can expect to attend meetings with top leaders in the company.
• Get exposure to cross-functional teams. Sephora has a highly collaborative culture so you are encouraged and expected to work closely with other related teams such as Retail Planning Operation Analytics Marketing Legal HR Facilities Sustainability Merchandising and more.

Were excited about you if you have:

• 3 years of undergraduate coursework in Accounting Finance Economics or a related field
• Understanding of the Income Statement and financial concepts through coursework or prior experiences
• Eager to learn positive attitude highly motivated
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint skills or the willingness to learn and improve
• Excellent communication skills can effectively and accurately in writing and presentations

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00- $25.00per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the individual applicants qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
