Position Overview
The Product Lifecycle Intern will support our Multi-Cancer Early Detection (MCED) product management team in driving product development and go-to-market strategy. The intern will gain exposure to product strategy and execution against the plans for pipeline programs.

This position is for San Diego CA.

Essential Duties
Include but are not limited to the following:

Upstream product management - work with cross functional teams to deliver on defined business and product requirements.
Analyze product performance and market trends.
Evaluate customer feedback and usage data.
Assist in lifecycle stage assessments and portfolio reviews.
Collaborate on the final intern project to enhance a products lifecycle strategy.
Uphold company mission and values through accountability innovation integrity quality and teamwork.
Support and comply with the companys Quality Management System policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
Ability to work on a mobile device tablet or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelors/Masters Degree in Business Scientific or related fields.
Interest in product development marketing or healthcare innovation.
Familiarity with data analysis and market research.
Strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualification

Product management experience within the life sciences/healthcare space.
Familiarity with qPCR NGS technologies.

Salary Range:

$40250.00 - $64400.00

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - CA - San Diego on a full-time basis.
