Overview

Bahco manufactures and offers high quality pruning and cutting solutions for professionals working in vineyards orchards landscaping and this role you will showcase Bahcos exceptional products create lasting customer relationships and provide superior service and support through active engagement. If you are someone who has a passion for the agricultural environment and has the drive to work within an expansion territory to actively engage and drive business with our multilingual customer this may be the role for you. We are looking for someone who wants to start their sales career at one of the worlds finest tool manufacturers get into the fields to demo our products and build exceptional relationships. Responsibilities

  • Manage current customer relationships agreements and generate new leads via cold calling
  • Meet face -to-face with a global network of winemakers fruit and nut producers in their fields to illustrate the superiority of the Bahco brand through hands-on demonstrations tailored to all organizational levelsfrom tool users to shop managers and businessowners
  • Develop and implement strategic stales plans to meet and exceed sales targets withinthe assigned territory
  • Exhibit a commitment to safety standards in all aspects of work including providing education and support to our clients as they purchase and maintain our products
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining business plans transactions and expenses ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with organizational standards
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Role requires 75% travel with up to 25% as overnight

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years outside sales experience preferably in the agriculture hardware or green market segments
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Successful sales record with demonstrated goal achievement
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally to individuals at all levels within an organization
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines without compromising quality
  • Determination to drive results and achieve established goals
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office suite products
  • Must possess a valid drivers license with an impeccable driving record
