Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical care for patients while maintaining strong client relationships.
Mentor and support other veterinarians including new graduates in clinical and surgical skills.
Collaborate with teams to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Assist in recruitment onboarding and professional development of doctors.
Help guide operations scheduling and workflow to support clinic performance.
Promote compliance best practices and continuous improvement in patient care.
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain one in South Carolina).
3 years of experience in clinical practice.
Strong leadership qualities communication skills and collaborative mindset.
Willingness to travel locally between practices.
