Job Overview

Pulse is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist Pharmacist Clinical Services to join the pharmacy team in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-quality pharmaceutical care within a well-established NHS setting.

The successful candidate will support clinical pharmacy services across various wards ensuring safe and effective medication management and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services to inpatient and outpatient areas.
  Provide expert advice on medicines management and prescribing practices.
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise therapeutic outcomes.
  Support audits clinical governance and service improvement initiatives.
  Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation.
  Contribute to training and mentoring of junior pharmacy staff.

Qualifications and Experience

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  Proven experience in clinical pharmacy within an NHS or similar healthcare setting.
  Strong understanding of medicines optimisation and patient safety.
  Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
