We are seeking a driven and experienced Rolling Stock Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team drive growth and build lasting relationships across our markets. This is a leadership opportunity to play a key role in shaping sales strategies achieving ambitious goals and ensuring customer satisfaction while being part of a company with a proven reputation for excellence.
Pay Range: $90000 - $130000 (Depending on experience) Plus opportunity for bonuses based on performance

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Establish and achieve sales & rental goals forecasts and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers contractors and key accounts.
- Oversee sales strategies pricing quoting and customer relationships.
- Coordinate with parts and service teams to make sure customer deadlines are met.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market share in sales & rental.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to support sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends competitors and customer needs to adjust strategies.
- Provide accurate sales reports forecasts and market analysis to leadership.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service and follow-up.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in equipment construction or related industry sales.
- 5 years of proven leadership experience managing sales teams.
- Strong negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of construction equipment applications and industry trends.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with strong business acumen.
