Job Summary

The Nido R. Qubein School of Communication at High Point University is seeking a part-timeAdjunct Instructor to teach JOU 3363 Opinion Writing during the Spring 2026 semester.

Opinion Writing gives students an in-depth study of and practice in critical and editorial writing. There is a special emphasis on newspaper and electronic media editorials opinion columns and reviews. This course aims to help students think critically and write persuasive arguments.

Qualifications:

Masters degree with 18 hours in the field OR Masters degree with commensurate experience
