Job Summary
Medawars Fine Jewelry is hiring two Part-Time Pandora Shop-in-Shop Sales Associates to join our team at our Flint Township location one of the busiest independent Pandora retailers in the nation.
Were looking for warm energetic individuals who love jewelry enjoy connecting with people and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Pandora Sales Associate youll help customers celebrate lifes special moments through meaningful jewelry while providing exceptional service that reflects Medawars longstanding reputation for excellence.
- Welcome and assist customers with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Create an exceptional in-store experience through attentive service and thoughtful recommendations
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Keep the sales floor organized clean and well-stocked
- Accurately process sales transactions and handle basic POS functions
- Support team members to ensure smooth store operations during mid-day and evening shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Upbeat positive and energetic personality
- Must love working with beautiful products and creating memorable experiences
- Experience in luxury retail sales customer service or retail is preferred
- Passion for helping clients celebrate lifes special moments with Pandora jewelry
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and meet client needs
- Dependable success-focused and committed to delivering high-quality results
- Positive outlook and ability to create a welcoming fun-loving environment for clients
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills to provide a seamless shopping experience
- Ability to learn quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment and grow within the role
