About the role:

Under limited supervisory direction provide daily support of processes materials and equipment for medical devices consisting of extruded braided and injection-molded components in order to meet production goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Identify and troubleshoot process material or equipment issues to minimize downtime and meet production goals.
Modify existing and develop new tooling and fixtures.
Revise existing documents processes and/or methods to improve processes.
Work with vendors and suppliers to procure and install tooling fixtures and equipment.
Work with engineers on continuous improvement projects and new product transfers.
Work with departmental customers to improve material / process quality.
Identify and assist in resolving safety health or environmental issues associated with processes or equipment and maintain compliance with good manufacturing practices.
Train and provide technical support or direction to product builders and other technicians.

Required qualifications:

2 years with High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience training or apprenticeships

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $ to $ plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC which can be reviewed at . Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training pertinent education including licensure and certifications and other relevant business or organizational needs.
