Job Summary
POSITION: Welder 3 Team Lead
NIGHT SHIFT: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (OT on Friday or Saturday as required)
PAY RATE: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour (DOE) Full Benefits Package
LOCATION:West Fargo ND
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the safe and efficient fabrication of steel products. The Welder III is an advanced- level welding position with all work being completed with little supervision.
ESSENTIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- Follow all company safety and quality
- Mastered all aspects of level 2 position
- Qualified to weld on all products required for the
- Maintain technical qualifications required for position
- Daily work is complex
- Works independently with little supervision
- Assist with developing new or modifying current procedures
- Applies extensive knowledge and skill to complete a wide range of tasks
- Ability to operate specialized equipment
- Understand complex drawings and diagrams
- Perform work that requires planning and judgement to accomplish
- Ability to work with others
- Ability to work safely and accurately
- Prompt and dependable
- Other duties as
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or GED
- 3 years of welding experience
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Fits and completes final welds in the vertical position
- Perform stick welding
- Advanced layout and fitting skills
- Proven Leadership skills to coach and train others
- Perform multi-position welds daily
