Position: Senior Civil Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead complex civil engineering projects from concept through completion. This role involves direct client interaction project management and technical oversight while mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in site design grading road design hydrology and regulatory compliance with proven leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Position: Senior Civil Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead complex civil engineering projects from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning design and execution of civil engineering projects.
- Oversee preparation of engineering drawings reports and specifications.
- Manage project budgets schedules and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Perform complex engineering calculations and hydrology/hydraulics analysis.
- Provide technical guidance mentorship and training to engineering staff.
- Coordinate with clients regulatory agencies and multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct site visits inspections and field services as needed.
- Support business development efforts including proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards codes and project requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET/EAC-accredited program (Masters degree preferred).
- 12 years of relevant civil engineering experience depending on education.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the U.S. with active NCEES record.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D; familiarity with hydrology/hydraulics software.
- Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage large complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to travel and attend client or company meetings.
- Pre-employment drug test background check and valid drivers license required.
