Job Summary

  • Assist in the preparation of Italian dishes including sauces under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Ensure all mise en place is ready for service and maintain cleanliness and organization in your station.
  • Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Comply with food safety hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Participate in kitchen briefings and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferably with exposure to Italian cuisine.
  • Culinary certificate or relevant training.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
  • Willingness to learn take direction and grow within the culinary team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards.
