4. Develop related key motor control algorithm and controller based on new motor platform concepts requirements including software realization and hardware realization together with motor control hardware engineer

5. Share technical insight regularly and support motor control application engineers for ongoing development projects regarding problem solving or joining technical reviews with expertise.

6. Responsible for preparation of the technical documentation and filing
