ServiceNow Developer

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Intermediate ServiceNow Developer to design implement and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires hands-on development problem-solving and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications and integrations that meet business requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Develop configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM CSM CRM ITOM SPM or HRSD.
. Possess demonstrated experience in leveraging ServiceNows best practices in the applications mentioned above.
. Create and manage advanced scripts workflows Business Rules and UI policies.
. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and configurate the imported data.
. Perform system upgrades testing and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and performance.
. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
. Provide mentorship to junior developers and assist in code reviews.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
. Knowledge and experience in implementing new modules.
. ServiceNow certification in the modules mentioned above would be a strong asset.
. Proficiency in ServiceNow platforms functionalities and capabilities
. Experience in building and maintaining integrations.
. Critical thinking in terms of requirement gathering solution design and automation design.
. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ServiceNow best practices.
. Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
