Description
An internship at Medicus isnt quite what you would expect of a typical internship. At Medicus our internships are highly experiential and have been designed to emulate a true sales culture. Our internship program allows our interns to return to school with real-life experience polished selling skills and a fresh perspective. If you bring the willingness to learn and relentless work ethic we will provide the hands-on learning and the fun! Are you ready to do things differently
This internship will begin in Summer 2026 and is basedonsiteat our office in Windham New Hampshire.
What Youll Do:
- Jump in and help make a difference at hospitals and health systems nationwide
- Identify and build relationships with prospective physicians through inbound marketing leads prospecting lists direct sourcing and research
- Conduct cold calls learn to bypass gatekeepers and overcome objections
- Track local and regional activity through territory mapping exercises economy/industry hospital/health system trends
- Craft your pitch build rapport and explain Medicus value proposition to target accounts
- Schedule phone calls with key stakeholders and C-Suite Executives
- Use Salesforce and Bullhorn to track activity manage and update prospects
- Attend daily morning team meetings cross-departmental meetings and weekly one on one check-ins

- Are enrolled in aBachelorsprogram
- Sales minor or participant in a sales group or equivalent experience preferred
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Believe in being a team and working collaboratively to solve problems
- Are comfortable contacting people and making introductions over the phone
- Enjoy working in a challenging dynamic environment and are eager for professional development
