Job Summary
Position Title: Registered Nurse Infusion
Location: The Woodlands TX
Job Type: 13-week Contract Onsite
Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Day Shift MondayFriday
Hours per Week: 40
Pay Rate: $40.00 $45.00/hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingRegistered Nurse Infusionfor an exciting Travel or Local job inThe Woodlands TX.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and monitor infusion therapies including IVIG MS and MG drugs (e.g. Gamunex Lequimby)
Demonstrate strong IV insertion and port access skills
Accurately calculate prepare and mix infusion medications
Monitor patients for infusion reactions and document adverse events promptly
Utilize Epic EMR for accurate documentation and care coordination
Adhere to hospital/nursing policies safety protocols and infection control standards
Participate in incident reporting and clinical quality improvement activities
Qualifications:
License: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state
Strong background in IV infusion therapy and port access
Familiarity with medications such as IVIG MS and MG treatments (Gamunex Lequimby etc.)
Prior experience in an Infusion Center or Outpatient Clinic (preferred)
Proficiency in Epic EMR (required)
Skilled in infusion pumps medication prep and incident management
Strong attention to detail sound clinical judgment and compassionate communication
