Service Account Manager

Key responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationship for after sales services to ensure quality of deliveries on all aspects.
  • Coordinate between SIG department and act as SPOC for after sales services.
  • Maintain customer operations on high performance level.
  • Ensure proper activities planning with customers.
  • Control internal KPIs (Performance compliance and financials)

You bring these skills experience & education

  • 5 Experience in leadership role in technical operations aseptic industry and/or food strongly preferred.
  • Engineering background business management certification is strongly preferred.
  • Proven record in Field Service and customer contact.
  • Proficiency in written & Verbal English and French is a must.
  • Arabic or/and Kabili Language is Required.
