1st Shift: 7:30AM 4PM
Monday - Friday
Plus Overtime

Pay Rate:

$20 / hour

Job Summary:

Were hiring a Production Lead to oversee pre-operational setup monitor in-process performance and ensure the successful execution and closure of production orders. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality efficiency and compliance across all aspects of the filling line process.

Job Responsibilities:

Inspect and prepare all filling line equipment for cleanliness and operational readiness.
Retrieve production data and set up lines according to specific job requirements.
Stage and verify all materials components and packaging before line startup.
Conduct pre-operational checks and ensure feed hoppers are properly filled.
Record test data and ensure systems meet required specifications before production.
Perform a central production role during operation and monitor in-process testing.
Track and record production metrics such as run rates yields and scrap.
Accurately document results and assist in finalizing production orders.
Collaborate with area managers and data analysts to report production outcomes.
Maintain compliance with SOPs safety protocols and GMP standards.

Job Requirements:

MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent required.
35 years of production or manufacturing experience.
Strong communication basic math and data entry skills.
Must be able to adapt to operational changes and perform physical tasks related to pallets packaging and product handling.
