As a Service Engineer you are the technical backbone of our customer support operations. You maintain install and upgrade our fleet of packaging equipment ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You assist customers during the post-sales phase resolving technical issues and breakdowns and actively promote our equipment Smart Services and Spare Parts to support our financial goals.
You collaborate closely with internal teamssuch as Systems & Integration and Application Engineersto share field insights and ensure seamless communication across projects. You also lead or contribute to specific service projects analyze equipment performance data and ensure all activities comply with safety and operational standards.
