What You Will Get To Do:

  • Drive headcount cost and Risk efficiencies across Operations
  • Oversee operations and service delivery of FCP Registration and Settlement functions
  • Ensure there is strong control framework in place with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ensure accountable functions meet and exceed client expectations in line with regulatory requirements and corporate objectives
  • Support new business requirements for new and existing clients and identify opportunities for revenue generating or risk reduction
  • Maintain strong relationships with Clients working in partnership with the Client Service team ensuring we meet client BAU and ad-hoc needs
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across operations and the organisation
  • Drive investigation and resolution of operational issues ensuring action taken to prevent occurrence restoring confidence and enhancing or establishing best practice
  • Ensure CASS audit findings are resolved to prevent re-occurrence
  • Act as an escalation point for client direct reports and operational teams
  • Oversee compliance and risk in Operations and act to ensure standards remain high
  • Ensure AML Control framework is robust and escalations of risk are reported via the MLRO
  • Ensure departmental risk registers remain accurate and up to date

What You Will Bring:

  • Financial Services industry experience in a senior management position
  • Experience in an outsourcing environment and managing TPA clients
  • Experience in managing individuals and large teams
  • In depth knowledge of investment products; ISA Unit Trust OEIC Investment Trusts and SICAVs Wealth L&P
  • Understanding and knowledge of compliance function regulatory environment and regulatory requirements including the FCA HMRC relevant UK and SS&C standards and policies
  • Excellent knowledge of the CASS regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of AML regulations
  • General knowledge of all regulations
