Position Summary:
Assist the Principal with daily operations and procedures supervise all enrollment PIEMS and attendance issues and step in administratively when necessary or when principal is out.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Access and Excel
- Ability to learn customized computer programs such as Applidesk
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with staff students and parents
- Ability to organize and correctly calculate claims for any meal program that is offered
- School office experience helpful but not required
