Were hiring a T3 Manager of Sales Enablement at our facility inKansas City KS and were looking for someone whos ready to grow with us bring energy and drive to their work and help us build the future of construction. As the T3 Manager of Sales Enablement you will lead a growing team of Sales Enablement Specialists within the T3 organization. Work closelywith Channel Sales Direct T3 Sales Managers and other stakeholders across EquipmentShareto drive expansion of the T3 national footprint.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure Sales Enablement Specialists continuously improve performance and abilitiesthrough coaching training and recurring weekly 1:1s.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs that balance volume with quality in pipeline creation andqualified meetings.
  • Collaborate with Sales and T3 Leadership to refine opportunity management leadqualification and handoff processes.
  • Maintain effective outreach sequences for all territories to ensure consistent prospectingcoverage.
  • Accurately forecast weekly monthly and quarterly attainment against goals.
  • Partner with internal T3 teams to stay current on industry trends and represent the voiceof the customer.
  • Lead conversations with both prospects and customers positioning T3 as the superiorsolution.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 years in B2B SaaS or technology sales.
  • Telematics experience preferred.
  • Technically proficient and quick to learn new platforms.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • SaaS management or team leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience using HubSpot for outbound prospecting including sequence design execution and optimization.
  • 10% travel required.
