Job Summary

COLSA is seeking a Power Platform & Integration Analyst to support our customer on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville AL. This role drives low-code automation and data integration across Microsoft 365 JIRA Salesforce and Tableau environments advancing mission efficiency through intelligent design and seamless connectivity. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in SharePoint and Power Platform with a problem-solving mindset building modern solutions that streamline processes reduce human error and deliver actionable insights through interactive applications and dashboards.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

Develop and maintain solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform (PowerApps Power Automate Power BI)
Integrate Connectors and APIs with JIRA Salesforce and Tableau
Embed integrations and workflows within Microsoft Teams
Identify process deficiencies and design automation to reduce repetitive tasks and human error
Streamline cross-environment processes from Microsoft 365 JIRA Salesforce
Create interactive analyst applications and dashboards; PowerApps required
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies including AI automation and advanced data visualization
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver measurable improvement
