Position Summary
As a Construction Administrator youll play a key role in ensuring our daily operations run efficiently. Youll support both Finance and Operations managing essential administrative tasks that keep our branch on track. Your organization and attention to detail will help drive project and office success. This is an in-person M-F fulltime position.
What Youll Do:
Operations Support
- Assist with purchasing managing purchase orders and equipment rentals
- Collaborate closely with Branch Manager Service Foreman and Technicians to support field operations
General Office Support & Accounting (50%)
- Process employee reimbursements and reconcile credit cards
- Handle invoicing and assist with financial tracking
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
- Manage mail office supplies and maintain overall office organization
- Arrange travel and coordinate shipments or deliveries
What Were Looking For:
Experience and Skills
- 2 years of construction AND accounting experience (QuickBooks Online proficiency required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs pass drug screen and physical
