Job Summary
Position Title: Registered Nurse Dialysis
Location: Rochester NY
Job Type: Contract Onsite
Shift: Day Shift 3x12-hour (05:30 AM 06:00 PM) Rotating Saturdays occasional Sundays (holiday coverage)
Pay Rate: $50$52/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingRegistered Nurse Dialysisfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Rochester NY.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Charge Nurse for each shift overseeing a 4-patient dialysis pod.
Perform patient assessments initiate and monitor dialysis treatments and ensure patient safety.
Set up and operate Fresenius dialysis machines ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly prepared.
Provide 1:1 patient care and support throughout the dialysis process.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
Float between dialysis locations as needed.
Maintain compliance with facility protocols and infection control standards.
Qualifications:
License: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York (required)
Certifications: BLS (required)
Experience:
Minimum of 12 years of outpatient and chronic dialysis experience (required)
Previous Charge Nurse or Team Leader experience (required)
Experience with Fresenius dialysis machines (preferred)
Other Requirements:
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
