Your role as Assistant Ballpark Operations:
The Assistant Ballpark Operations serves as a liaison between various departments within the larger Ballpark Operations Department: Event Operations Facilities/Engineering Field Operations Guest Experience & Security & Transportation departments. This position requires keen communication and collaboration skills while overseeing a variety of processes and projects.

Pay and additional compensation:
Per the California pay transparency law the hourly rate for this full-time position is $21.06. Eligible overtime as applicable. As a candidate for this position your pay and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience education job-related skills and any other factors the San Diego Padres considers relevant to the hiring decision for this position.
