Kline Auto World is hiring!
Receptionist for Kline Nissan and Kline Volvo
Schedule: M 4-8pm T 2-8pm W 2-8pm TH 48pm and two to three Saturdays per month from 7:30am 6pm
About Us:
At Kline Auto World we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional automotive services and customer experiences. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time automotive cashier to join our team and help us maintain our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Handle cash credit card and check payments ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of each shift.
Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
Adhere to company policies and procedures including security and privacy regulations.
Scanning repair orders and parts invoices into CDK.
Qualifications:
Previous cashier or retail experience preferred.
Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and credit transactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with automotive services is a plus but not required.
