Commercial Vehicle Technician Light Commercials
Swindon (SN6) Permanent Full-Time 35000 to 55000 DOE/Working Days
Looking for a hands-on role where youre trusted to do what you do best working under the bonnet Join a fast-paced vehicle preparation team in Swindon where your skills will directly impact the quality and reliability of over 200 commercial vehicles every month.
Were seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Technician who thrives in a busy workshop and takes pride in precision performance and professionalism. If you love diagnostics electrics and all things mechanical we want to hear from you.
The Role:
Carry out inspections servicing repairs and maintenance on a wide range of light commercial vehicles
Diagnose faults efficiently and accurately using diagnostic equipment
Handle electrical and mechanical repairs from basic to complex
Work with a close-knit team to ensure vehicles are prepared to the highest standards
Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines
Maintain accurate records of work carried out
The Person:
Minimum 3 years experience as a vehicle technician (light commercials preferred)
Strong knowledge of diagnostics and/OR auto electrics
Confident with mechanical repairs servicing and fault finding
A great work ethic attention to detail and the ability to manage your time
A full UK driving licence
Willingness to work flexibly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
