Description for Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator:
- This position is the central hub of a fast-paced moving and storage operation.
- The Dispatcher starts the day early generally at 6:30 AM and is responsible for organizing daily crew schedules warehouse coordination and supporting field operations via phone throughout the day.
- During the winter months hours typically end around 4:005:00 the summer hours may extend and some Saturdays will be required.
- This is an on-call position for after-hours crew support. A company cell phone can be provided.
- This role requires strong leadership organization and the ability to manage 2535 staff members in a high-pressure constantly shifting environment.
Details for Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator:
- Pay:$25.00$30.00 per hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Monday Friday with some Saturdays in summer
- Shift Hours: 6:30 AM start varies by season and workload
Requirements for Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator:
- Moving and storage experience (required)
- Warehouse experience (required)
- Lead driver or team lead experience
- Strong communication multitasking and organizational skills
- Comfortable being on call for late crew support
- Moving & storage experience and warehouse background are required.
- This is a safety-sensitive position and follows all federal drug testing guidelines.
- Zero tolerancemandatory drug testing is required.
