We are looking for driven and strategic Business Development Managers to join our Nordic Business Development teams. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives across either Business Area Private or Business Area Commercial two dynamic and customer-centric segments within If. The recruitment process is joint and the selected candidates will be offered a position in one of the two areas based on fit and interest.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and supporting top management in shaping the future direction of our business. You will work in a Nordic setting collaborating across markets and functions to identify opportunities lead projects and contribute to our long-term success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Shaping and driving strategic initiatives from market assessments to hands on facilitation of cross functional priorities

  • Conducting internal and external analysis to support fact-based decision making

  • Facilitating workshops and management discussions on prioritized topics

  • Identifying improvement areas and developing actionable recommendations

  • Coordinating communication and stakeholder alignment across the organization

Who Are You

We believe you are:

  • Proactive analytical and structured in your approach

  • Comfortable navigating complex challenges and synthesizing insights

  • A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Experienced in project leadership or business development

  • Curious about new technologies and eager to explore new topics

  • Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages

  • Having a background within management consulting business development or similar with a couple of years of experience

  • Holding a university degree in business technology or a related field
