Job Summary
The Opportunity:
Avantor is looking for a Quality Engineer in Gliwice!
Job Description
Implement and support the companys quality policy and related objectives.
Initiate recommend and monitor actions to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of quality systems.
Maintain and manage quality-related records and documentation.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports presentations and project updates related to the Qualitys scope.
Develop and verify system documentation within the Quality Assurance Design Department.
Oversee the ERP system
Generate stability testing schedules and reports.
Supervise the execution of stability studies and suggest sample testing inERP system
Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits and inspections related to QAD activities.
Develop corrective action plans following customer audits and monitor their progress.
Support the achievement of defined quality objectives.
Participate in complaint handling processes related to quality assurance.
Collaborate with internal and external specialists in the areas of system management and validation.
Apply knowledge of quality management systems including ISO 9001 ISO 13485 and GMP standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in quality assurance or related field.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001 ISO 13485 and GMP standards.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems (e.g. iStability Impuls EVO).
Good communication skills in English and Polish (written and spoken).
