Job Summary
Become a vital part of the team at OneTouch Direct as a Call Center Sales Agent supporting Verizon B2B! We are passionate about providing extraordinary customer service and helping our clients achieve their goals through our leading products and services. As a Call Center Sales Representative you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts driving growth and creating lasting customer relationships.
Your day-to-day will be filled with vibrant interactions as you:
- Reach out to and taking calls from businesses actively selling our diverse product range with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Build rapport and foster trust with customers through effective communication.
- Identify customer needs through consultation ensuring you provide them with the best solutions that fit their requirements.
- Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales targets contributing to a positive team environment.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns ensuring a seamless experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or call center environment is a plus but a strong willingness to learn is what we value the most!
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere over the phone.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; you should be able to articulate messages clearly and effectively.
- A self-motivated individual with a passion for achieving goals and driving results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
