Infusion Revenue Cycle Manager

Were seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to oversee our Accounts Receivable processes and lead our billing collections and support staff. As a key member of our team youll maximize cash flow ensure open communication and drive departmental efficiency. This role is primarily remote with some travel required. • Manage collections and billing operations including contract analysis denials and appeals
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all collection and billing processes
• Prepare and analyze progress reports scorecards and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates and payer requirements
• Develop and implement operating policies and procedures
• Supervise and train staff including performance management and reviews
• Analyze trends and take action to optimize staff and processes

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of healthcare industry experience with 3-5 years in Revenue Cycle Management
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred
• Experience in Home Infusion or Doctors office Infusion/ Infusion Centers a plus
• Strong knowledge of insurance plans medical terminology billing procedures and government regulations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prioritize negotiate and work with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook Word and Excel
