Objective of the role
The KYC/CDD Department Teams objective is to provide Ayvens entities with a single global remediation and account maintenance service to deliver high-quality clients data management service robust client diligence process excellence and standardization across each remediation function from one integrated global team.
Key Responsibilities
Review/update KYC profiles for sign off in accordance with the policy KYC ID Matrix regulatory requirements and sign off authority
Ensure Ayvens is compliant with relevant regulation and Group policy. To achieve this by reviewing and updating KYC profiles and undertaking necessary due diligence.
Volume targets as defined for KYC/CDD process considering the standard processing times for the role.
Develop maintain and update detailed desktop procedures (DTP) for all KYC processes in the service center ensuring they are clear accurate and easy to follow.
Regularly review desktop procedures and process flows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
Act as a point of contact for KYC-related knowledge transfer between regional teams and the service center.
Perform risk assessments on clients profiles based on the findings and determine course of action
Recommend and undertake further due diligence where in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders
Qualifications And Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Pro-active self-driven idea driven open-minded
Fluent in English written and spoken
Fluent in Italian written and spoken
