The Opportunity: What Youll Be Doing Day to Day:
Were looking for a leader who is passionate about clinical excellence and mentoring a care team. Your core responsibilities will be focused on holistic person-centred care:
Clinical Leadership: Take the lead on your shifts guiding and inspiring a dedicated team of Health Care Assistants and Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care.
Championing Resident Care: Support the physical psychological and social wellbeing of our residents ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction.
Shaping Personalised Care: Develop implement and review tailored care plans safely administering medication and maintaining the highest standards of practice.
Compliance and Safety: Apply a solid understanding of DoLS and the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) providing a safe nurturing environment and protecting residents rights.

Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with a valid current NMC registration.
Commitment to working permanent day shifts in South Somerset (full-time contract).
A passion for person-centred care combined with excellent communication and collaborative team working skills.
Strong clinical knowledge and a proactive positive attitude ready to inspire colleagues.
Experience in nursing homes or dementia care is desirable but not essential if you demonstrate the right attitude and transferable skills.
