Job Summary
International Atlantic Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Processing Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and performing administrative tasks ensuring our processes are efficient and meet legal deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and reports;
- Prepare applications for residency;
- Handle certifications and authentications;
- Conduct the process of obtaining tax identification numbers (NIFs);
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information;
- Maintain and organize case files and documents.
Requirements:
Law degree with registration in the Bar Association;
- B2 level proficiency in English;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint);
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- Team-oriented mindset.
