About the Role
As a Pastry Commis II you will support the culinary team in creating outstanding dishes and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. This role is ideal for individuals with some culinary experience who are ready to take the next step in their career and work in a vibrant world-class environment.
What Youll Do
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks with minimal supervision from senior chefs.
- Ensure all ingredients are prepared and ready for use contributing to seamless kitchen workflows.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain RIUs high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation and kitchen areas.
What Were Looking For
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen with basic culinary training preferred.
- A strong passion for cooking and a commitment to continuous learning.
