Job Summary

A prestigious grammar school in High Wycombe is seeking an exceptional Physics Teacher to join their accomplished Science Faculty from January 2026. This is a full-time permanent role ideal for a teacher with strong subject expertise enthusiasm for science education and the ability to inspire academically ambitious learners.

About the Role

The successful candidate will teach Physics from KS3 through to A-Level developing students understanding of complex concepts through engaging inquiry-based lessons. They will work with highly motivated pupils who thrive in a rigorous academic environment and show genuine curiosity about the physical world.

Lessons are supported by cutting-edge technology and practical learning experiences allowing students to explore topics from mechanics and energy to astrophysics and electromagnetism. The teacher will also have opportunities to contribute to STEM enrichment such as Olympiad competitions robotics clubs and university outreach projects.
