What Youll Do
As the Plant HR Manager youll serve as the on-site HR lead supporting both leadership and employees (roughly 100 to 120) in a production environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring asafe and secure workplaceby leading safety initiatives and compliance programs.
- Overseeingrecruitment onboarding employee relations and labor management(including union interaction if applicable).
- Championingtraining development and succession planningfor plant personnel.
- Leadingperformance management disciplinary processes and employee engagement efforts.
- Administeringcompensation benefits and policy interpretationin alignment with corporate standards.
- Driving compliance withstate and federal employment laws including ADA EEOC and OSHA.
- Supporting or leadingcollective bargaining grievance resolution and positive union relations (if applicable).
- Being a trusted advisor and cultural ambassador for the plant with a seat at the table and boots on the ground.

The ideal candidate is an approachable solutions-oriented HR professional with a firm grasp on compliance labor relations and business partnership in a manufacturing setting.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least2 yearsof experience in HR roles preferably within a plant or industrial environment.
- Experience withemployee/labor relationsandcollective bargainingis a big plus.
- Strong understanding ofHR law compliance and safety programs.
- Proficient with HR systems and comfortable leveraging data for decision-making.
- A confident communicator who can navigate between the plant floor and the leadership team with ease.
- Must be able to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
