What youll be doing:

• You identify and acquire new customers across the Italian market managing the entire sales cycle
• You conduct market research to understand local customer needs and refine sales strategies accordingly
• You deliver product demos and provide tailored solutions to potential clients
• You collaborate with teams to improve messaging product offerings and internal workflows

What you bring to the table:

• You are a native Italian speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus
• You love communicating and genuinely enjoy interacting with different personalities and you thrive in our vibrant office located in the heart of Berlin
• You work with a high level of responsibility are proactive and highly motivated
• Ideally you already have experience in direct customer interactions preferably in B2B or SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) sectors (e.g. Sales Customer Service Human Resources Event Management etc.)
